Academic Program
We are very fortunate to have Dr. Hua Li (Chinese native) from Montana State Department of Modern Languages as the faculty coordinator for the 2012 program to China. She will be accompanying the group and taking care of logistics in China as well as hosting the many field trips. While earning 6-9 credit hours towards your degree you can learn Chinese language, calligraphy, Taichi and Chinese culture first-hand. You will see the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and much more!
Credits will be transferred back upon your return as pass/fail. You may earn 6 credits of Chinese language and 3 credits of Chinese culture--MSU financial aid available. Program includes sightseeing in Shanghai and a 3-day trip to Beijing as well as numerous other field trips.
