To order voicemail service with a new phone line or to upgrade an existing voicemail service, complete a TNSR form first and include the Voicemail Request form with it.
To complete the form you will need to know the following:
- Index number for billing
- Campus phone number
- Number of rings to allow before caller is sent to voicemail
- Optional: Name and extension number of the person designated to provide "immediate assistance" in your absence
