Montana State University Orientation/Registration
Orientation/Registration
is your introduction to academic and non-academic life at
Montana
State
University in
Bozeman. We will help you gain
an understanding of what lies ahead and provide you the opportunity
to discuss your future at MSU with faculty, staff and student
leaders.
All new students are
required to attend an Orientation/ Registration Session.
These sessions are offered to all incoming students within the week
prior to their first day of classes at
Montana
State
University. As an alternative, new
freshmen and transfer students enrolling fall semester have the
opportunity to attend an Orientation Program held in the
summer.
Orientation/Registration
at Montana
State
University is more than a campus
tour. It is designed to inform you about all the elements important
to your success as a college student, and includes academic
advising, placement testing and class registration.
Montana
State
University believes the orientation
process assists all new students in their transition to MSU and
increases their chances for academic success.
