Business Reports
The Leaf and Bean

By Justin Jalford

The Leaf and Bean’s business will make you want to buy a cup of coffee!!!  The store was started by Nicole Boitteau in the 70’s.  Famous people who have been to the shop are Brad Pitt, Britney Spears, Michael Keaton, Peter Fonda, and Dennis Quaid.  The shop’s space used to be occupied by a pet shop.  Glen Close and her sister used to own The Leaf and Bean.  That is some of the great history of the Leaf and Bean.

The Leaf and Bean is a very popular coffee shop in Bozeman.  The most expensive items at the Leaf and Bean are the paintings.  The Leaf and Bean sells 56 different types of coffee.  The most popular times of the year to buy food and drinks are summer and winter.  The Leaf and Bean has 45 employees and their least sold item is the teapots.  You should try the Leaf and Bean.  The opinions of the lady we interviewed are very interesting.  The Rocky Mountain Roasting Company is The Leaf and Bean’s largest competitor.  Sarah’s favorite drink is the tall organic skim aule.  The mall does not affect The Leaf and Bean’s business.  Be sure to come to The Leaf and Bean’s business.

Opera House
Main Street
Bozeman, MT 59715
Nov. 15, 2005
Dear Brad Smith,
I am a very old building.  A bunch of things are in me, like the police, a jail, and the fire house.  There was a bridge from me to the Baxter Hotel.  There was one giant stained glass window in me.  I was torn down in the 1900’s.
I want them to make another Opera House. They should take the brick from the mural to put on the Opera House wall by the street. They could make a giant park or maybe a picnic area.  You could put a little store right there.   I hope they make one of the things I hope to have there.
                    Sincerely,
                    The Opera House

Historical Fiction
John Bozeman’s Death
By Brad

“Neigh,” is what John Bozeman and Tom Coover heard as they left Bozeman on horseback.  They had a packhorse that was carrying bedding and supplies.  John and Tom were taking it to Fort C.F. Smith and were going to check up on some flour they were ordering.
John and Tom spent the night in front of a nice cozy fire at McKenzie Ranch, which is now in the middle of Livingston.  The next day, Tom and John stopped and ate lunch by Mission Creek.  Five Indians came.  They told Tom and John they were nice as butterflies, so Tom and John were nice to the Indians.  They fed them and gave them water and a bed to sleep on.  The very next day early in the morning, the Indians tried to steal the horses and the packhorse.  They ran after the Indians, but they shot and killed John Bozeman and wounded Tom Cover.  The Indians got away with the horses and all of their stuff.  Tom Cover took and wrapped up John Bozeman in it.  He walked back to McKenzie Ranch and got a horse and went back to Bozeman.  And told everyone about

What I think About Things
Brad

In the Year 2099 Bozeman will be bigger, the population will too. Parks and theme parks will be in Bozeman. I will talk about Bozeman.
Belgrade, Manhattan, Logan, Three Forks, Four Corners and Gallatin Gateway will all be part of Bozeman. Hospitals, gas stations, malls and so on will be twelve times bigger. Everyone will be taller.
The population of Bozeman will be 9,889,789,879. 99% of the people live in Bozeman. In the future Bozeman will be very crowded. There will be lots of pets.
Malls and stores will be huge. There will be so much stuff to fill the needs of all the people. Escalators will be all over town. The malls will be gigantic.
There will be ignoramus theme parks, will roller coasters all over and huge waterslides. It will be fun living here in 2099.
