Kathryn Franklin
Katey Tuchscherer Franklin, Ph.D., LCPC, NCC is the Program Director in the Addiction Counseling Graduate Certificate program in the department of Health and Human Development. Katey is a national certified counselor, and dually licensed as a Licensed Certified Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a K-12 School Counselor in Montana. Katey has been working as a licensed counselor with children, adults and families since 2005. Katey continues to practice counseling in the private sector as well.
