Hometown:

Buffalo, New York

Alma Mater & Major:

Undergraduate: Montana State University - Film & Photography

Favorite thing to do in Bozeman:

Definitely taking advantage of the beautiful natural playground around us! I'm always up for a drive up into Hyalite Canyon - if you have time while you're in town, check out this beautiful space only 20 minutes from campus!

Best college memory:

Without a doubt, the opportunities my classmates and I had in our film studio were some of the best times we had. From short films in our first year, to our capstone projects, we had a lot of fun in there, and having access to such advanced equipment so early was great! Even if it was sometimes at 2:00am scrambling to meet a project deadline.

Words of wisdom:

When you're well into the college search process, a lot of things start to run together in your mind - including the info on the schools themselves! The hardest thing for a school to convey to an interested student is what a "slice of life" on campus is like. Can you see yourself living, growing, and making new friends there? Does it feel right to you? That's why I encourage you to plan a campus visit to any school that you're considering seriously. I didn't get the chance to visit MSU before I started here as a student. Ultimately, it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful fit for me, but if you have the opportunity to visit a school, don't pass it up (even if it's in your own backyard)!
