Favorite thing to do in Bozeman:

My favorite thing to do in Bozeman is to GET OUTSIDE. Whether I am meeting friends downtown to explore main street on the weekends or tackling a grueling hike, being outside in Bozeman is my favorite. The outdoor opportunities in Bozeman are endless and I cannot get enough of the views. From the local shops lining main street to the trails lining the mountain peaks, Bozeman has it all. Born and raised in Montana I do not know anything but the “Big Sky” state, however, I am still discovering the different treasures of Bozeman. Some of my favorite “treasures” I have found so far include the Western Café on main street and the Storm Castle trail.

Best college memory:

One of my favorite memories, without a doubt, is my first year as an Orientation Leader. Spending the summer on campus and welcoming incoming students along side my peers was definitely a memorable experience. What resonated the most with me was when I saw those students on campus the next two years, thriving in all that MSU has to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed working with a group of amazing leaders to help transition students from high school to college while also sharing my love for MSU, and then seeing those students succeed and thrive.

Words of wisdom:

My words of wisdom to any student is to welcome uncertainty with a smile. You will face a lot of uncertainties throughout your life and that may be scary, but it does not have to be. In times of uncertainty, while you may be scared, you will experience the most growth. You cannot avoid uncertainty, so you might as well embrace it and make the most out of it. Who knows, the end result could be quite spectacular.
