ITS DONE!!! One summer and alot of work and now we have a new kitchen and a new dining room. If your around Bozeman and have a minute stop by and check it out.

Well it’s starting to look like it’s going to be a habitable space again. Now that we’ve got it painted and the flooring is in. The cabinets should be completely installed by the end of the weekend. Lots of work still

July 15th
Ceilings and kitchen walls insulated and lined with new sheet rock. We insulated both the kitchen walls and the ceiling of the kitchen and dinning room with a polyurethane insulation to get the most R-value we could in the limited space. It was an expensive investment but one that will definitively pay for it’s self.

Not much to show right now just a bunch of bare walls and floor. We’re currently working on getting the electrical and plumbing updated before we get the insulation installed.

Well we officially committed ourselves to the dinning room and kitchen remodel this week with demolition. Bill Perry, Joe Vanek, Ron Ramsfield, Daniel Gaugler and Schawn Langer complete removal of the flooring and the ceiling tiles. We were fortunate and learned that the existing flooring was not asbestos and we were able to safely remove the flooring ourselves. It took two days to complete gut the kitchen, and strip the dinning room floor and ceiling. But we’re finally ready to start fresh in both rooms.
