Taylor Blossom

Taylor Blossom

President

Hey Bobcats! My name is Taylor Blossom, and I’m super excited to be serving as your ASMSU President this year. I am a third-year student double majoring in chemical engineering and economics and am a member of the Honors College. I’m originally from Helena, Montana but have barely left Bozeman since coming here for school. While I’m out of class I try and spend as much time as I can mountain biking, climbing, and doing anything else outside. Since coming to MSU I have been involved with Hall Council, Engineers Without Borders, The Science Policy Advocacy Network, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, and ASMSU Senate. I also work in a biological engineering laboratory and volunteer as a CAP mentor at Bozeman High School.

I’m really excited to get to know all of you this year and help make MSU the university you want! Please stop by and say hi! I’m in the glass windows in the SUB and will have the coffee waiting for you (before 11am). This year we are going to be focusing on sustainability, particularly in the areas of transportation and student employment on campus.

Lizzy Thompson

Lizzy Thompson

Vice President
Hi Bobcats!
I’m Lizzy Thompson and I’m so happy to have the honor of serving as your ASMSU Vice President. North Dakota born and raised, I’ve been loving the change of scenery out here in Bozeman. If I’m not in the OSE (or hunkered in the library), I’m probably exploring the mountains, being a total jerry on the slopes, or just spending time with friends!
As a third year student, I’ve finally found a major to totally geek out about: industrial engineering! Just as easy to geek out about are the clubs I’ve been lucky to be a part of. These include the Women in Engineering Advisory Board, the Society of Women Engineers, and the Triathlon club.
Bobcats like you who display their ingenuity, love for adventure, and integrity are the reason I have so much pride in our university. Stop by our offices in the Sub and let’s chat about how Montana State can feel more like home for you, because we have tons of students here who are passionate about making the Blue and Gold country a more welcoming, diverse, and exciting place to be!
With much Bobcat love,
Lizzy Thompson
