Montana State University "Almost" Spring 2024 Job & Internship Fair is a wrap! Mark your calendars for the Fall Career Fair happening on October 2nd and 3rd.

Please take a moment to review the following important reminders:

  • Entering Name of Representatives: We encourage all employers attending the fair to register their attendees in advance. This will help us streamline the check-in process and ensure a smoother experience for everyone. You can register attendees by visiting your registration at HireABobcat account.
  • Avoid Bringing Fitted Tablecloths: To facilitate an organized and efficient setup, we kindly request that employers refrain from bringing fitted table cloths to the fair. Your registration may be for a space versus an individual table.  You can verify this through HireABobcat or on your invoice. 
  • Networking Events and On-Campus Interviews: We offer many opportunities to engage with our amazing Bobcats throughout the week! Engage with students in locations by degree/career paths and bring multiple reps to attend more than one reception. Also, consider other networking events and on-campus interviews, which provide more personalized environments for connecting with potential hires. 
  • Post job/internship Opportunities: Just as a reminder, post your job and internship opportunities on HireABobcat. You can add them to your registration for students to see before the fair.

Shipping Materials before the Fair 

You can ship materials to the following address:

Return Shipping of Materials and Equipment  

You or your contact person will need to make arrangements for return shipping of your display prior to the fair. Be sure the representatives attending the fair are aware of these arrangements. MSU Career & Internship Services will not be responsible for the return shipping costs of displays and other materials. MSU Career, Internship & Student Employment Services will contact only Federal Express and UPS to pick up return shipping materials. If you are using any other carrier, please make the necessary arrangements.  

We kindly recommend following these parking guidelines to ensure a smooth start to your experience at the Fair:

  1. Drop off any items in the SUB bus loop BEFORE proceeding to parking to ensure minimal disruption to your plans.
  2. Parking will be at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse Lot #15. Each employer is alloted ONE parking pass unless otherwise noted on your registration.
  3. For your convenience, a shuttle service is available to drive you from the Fieldhouse Lot to the SUB that will cycle every 15 mintues.

  4. If you prefer, you may park in the parking garage at your own expense. The daily rate in the garage is $12.
