Project Description: |
The Meat Science group has been working on developing new meat products. At this time there are seven different products and are working on two more.
Current Products:
- Smoked Tenderloin
- Spinach and Feta Stuffed Beef Roast
- Honey Mustard Beef Kebabs
- Satay Lamb Rack
- Mediterranean Pork Sausage
- Spicy Beef Short Ribs
