Project Description:

The Meat Science group has been working on developing new meat products.  At this time there are seven different products and are working on two more.

Current Products:

  1. Smoked Tenderloin
  2. Spinach and Feta Stuffed Beef Roast
  3. Honey Mustard Beef Kebabs
  4. Satay Lamb Rack
  5. Mediterranean Pork Sausage
  6. Spicy Beef Short Ribs
  7. Smoked Cured Beef
