Permits

CDC Import Permits to import or transport etiologic agents of human disease and to transport the hosts and vectors that are known or suspected of containing human pathogens (some animals, bats, arthropods, and snails)

USDA-APHIS Import &/or Transport Permits for materials pathogenic to livestock or poultry, plant pathogens, and arthropod plant pests

Export Permits may be required for exporting infectious agents of human, plants, and animals including genetic material
