Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club at Montana State University



Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club at Montana State University will provide training in the grappling arts from the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program .
A student can expect to learn solid fundamentals and achieve a belt recognized by the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community.

Club Goals:

To maintain a sustainable and productive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum for all MSU BJJ present and future members.
To bring in (an) advanced practitioner(s) multiple times per year for seminars.
 


Cost:

Every effort will be made to make the club affordable.
A GI is mandatory (uniforms are 40 percent off through our HSU account) and semester dues are TBA. 


Location:

Classes will be held in the MSU Dojo. The MSU Dojo is on the first floor of the Marga Hosaeus Health & PE Complex (The Gym).


Class Schedule:

Beginners classes are Monday and Wednesday

Safety:
It is mandatory for all students to make sure their finger and toe nails are trimmed before every class. No jewelry is allowed on the mat(earrings, necklaces, rings).It is a good idea to shower immediately after class to avoid bacterial and fungal infections of the skin.
