Rental Rates:
Brick Breeden Fieldhouse: $2,500 minimum guarantee vs 10% of the gross receipts, whichever is greater. Plus all services provided. Rental rate includes Heat or air conditioning; General overhead illumination; Event administration; Cleaning of all public spaces; Use of in-house sound system; Rehearsal on day of show.
Additional Fees: Load-in and load-out days are at 1/2 the daily minimum.
Facility Fee: A $1.50 Facility Enhancement Fee is added onto each paid ticket and retained exclusively by the facility.
Ticketing: $750 minimum vs 3% of gross sales, whichever is greater. Credit card reimbursement at 3%
Merchandise: 30% of gross sales - facility sells.

The Brick Breeden Fieldhouse has one 16' x 12' 6" load in door. Trucks/trailers are not able to back into the building and there is no loading dock.

Theatre at the Brick:
In this configuration the stage sits in the middle of the building facing the south permanent seats. The curtaining system extends 50 feet from the ground. All the regular amenities in the Fieldhouse such as dressing rooms and load in facilities are available with this configuration.

Services/Contacts:
Guest Services: The Brick Breeden Fieldhouse offers the full array of Guest Services.
- Ushers and ticket takers are provided in house.
- Police services are provided through the Montana State University Police Department.
- Crowd Control and peer security are provided through Starplex/Crowd Management Services.
- Medical services are provided through AMR.
Catering: Catering is in-house through an exclusive agreement with University Catering.
Stagehands: Stagehand services are non-union.
Rigging: Provided through Black Box Design.
Ticketing: Operation of the ticket office is in-house through an exclusive ticketing agreement with Ticketswest for all events. There are 3 outlets in Bozeman with two others in Helena and Missoula. Two 1-800 phone rooms are available as well as internet service at www.ticketswest.com.
Concessions/Merchandise: Operated through an exclusive agreement with University Food Services.
