Tammy is a passionate coach, educator, public speaker, and dedicated catalyst to the process of harvesting brilliance in her clients and students.
As the principal coach and owner of Harvest Coaching (founded in 2002), Tammy specializes in assisting small business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams to discover and implement effective communication strategies and solutions based on value-centered approaches that increase productivity, build and sustain trusting relationships, and ultimately creates enduring profitability.
With more than 20 years of experience combined as an insightful coach and teacher, Tammy has developed an ability for working closely with her clients to “get to the heart of the matter” of complex issues. Comfortable in a variety of industry settings, Tammy excels in helping leaders tap into their potential, focus their goals, create solutions, and navigate sensitive communication challenges with courage and compassion to develop supportive environments where creative ideas can flourish, strategic plans can be executed, and all people can be brilliant.
Currently, Tammy is an assistant teaching professor at both MSU's University Studies
and the MSU Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Since 1998, she has
taught more than 2,800 students the time-honored-but-dreadfully-feared art and skill
of public speaking (and patiently evaluated over 16,000 speeches) with the commitment
to encourage speakers to find their voice and champion their cause.
Additionally, for the past six years, Tammy continues to coordinate the Professional Coaching Clinic (PCC) in the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship where she works with a team of coaches to help business students identify strengths, weaknesses, and competencies, and create a passion for achieving professional excellence in their career pursuits.
