Seeking Donations of Gently Worn Business Clothing for Students

June 27th, 2013

Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship is seeking donations of gently used business attire for the Executive’s Closet, a program designed to help MSU business students achieve a professional look affordably.

As part of the program, donated professional business clothing is distributed to students for use in job and internship interviews, as well as first jobs. Since 2011, the Executive’s Closet program has provided business clothing to more than 350 students.

The college is accepting donations of gently worn and current executive business attire for men and women including, but not limited to, suits, slacks, shirts, blouses, ties, belts, dress shoes, sports coats and dress top coats. All donations are tax deductible.

Donations for the fall event will be accepted until Aug. 28. The Executive’s Closet will take place Sept. 5-6 in the Bracken Center for Excellence in Undergraduate Business Education located in MSU’s Reid Hall.

For more information about the project, or to make a donation, contact Linda Ward at (406) 994-1995 or [email protected].
