Haynes Hall
Handicapped Access at all main doors and through the elevator
between Cheever and Haynes Halls
Built in 1974 for $4.1 million, the Creative Arts Complex consists of
Haynes, Cheever and Howard Halls and houses the College of Arts and
Architecture and the department of agriculture and technology
education.
Haynes Hall, home of the School of Art, was named for photographer
Jack Haynes who's most noted for his work in Yellowstone National
Park. The building holds studios for printmaking, sculpture, painting,
metalsmithing, drawing and ceramics. The Haynes Fine Arts Gallery (
open: week days, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) is on the second floor. Works by
students, faculty and guest artists are regularly exhibited.
