Career, Internship & Student Employment Services coordinates all on-campus interviewing for full-time and internship opportunities. We use a web-based interview scheduling system. To get started, you must first request an on-campus interview date. The recruiting staff will then confirm your date via email and provide further instructions. Refer to the other resources listed here for additional program and recruiting information. You will manage your entire on-campus recruiting efforts online - from job description entry through candidate preselection and notification. Students have ready access to your online recruiting information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. When you have ongoing or projected staffing needs for full-time and/or internship positions, take advantage of MyCatCareers to strategically recruit MSU students for your organization. Students at MSU who wish to participate must register before they can interview. |

Planning Your Recruiting Event
| Contact Us Early Regarding Special
Needs If your scheduling needs to extend beyond the normal office hours, or if you need extra rooms for information sessions or second interviews, please call to make special arrangements. |
| Information Sessions Plan a pre-recruiting information session. We are happy to assist you in making these arrangements. Call to schedule a date, time, refreshments, and audio/visual needs. A 10% administrative fee will apply to all catering & audio/visual charges. |
| Information Tables If the opportunity for a recruiting visit arises on very short notice, a good way to get your message out to students about your company and your hiring needs is to reserve an information table. Tables are available in key locations in the Strand Union Building. You may staff your table strategically from mid-morning through early afternoon for maximum traffic. Please call Career, Internship & Student Employment Services to check on table availability and to make arrangements. |
| Clarify any Special Instructions If you have any special requirements for students regarding applications, portfolios, etc., please be sure to tell us ahead of time. |
| Publicizing Your Recruiting Event Promote your recruiting efforts by sending flyers early to be distributed on campus. Send electronic versions of your company literature to be added to our virtual Corporate Literature Room. Email them to Chantelle Mahan at chantelle.mahan@montana.edu . |
