All Catapalooza participants are required to check in at the Registration Tent on the days indicated below. The Registration table will be located in the Roberts Parking Lot, north of Roberts Hall, and indicated on this map:

OFF-Campus Vendors ONLY:
Check-in and transport of tabling items to your booth location is on Wednesday, August 20; 1:00pm – 6:00pm in the Roberts Circle.
You do not need to check in on Thursday, August 21 or Friday, August 22 as your booth assignment will remain the same for both days.
ON-CAMPUS Vendors ONLY:
Check-in and transport tabling items to your booth location is on Thursday, August 21; 7:30am – 9:00am, in the Roberts Circle
You will receive your booth location upon check in!
You may drive directly up to the registration area to unload and display and promotional items. As there are over 150 campus offices, departments and organizations checking in during these times above. We ask that you unload quickly and remain with your car at all times. Any unattended vehicles may be ticketed. We will have a limited number of volunteers available to assist you in moving your things to your booth area. We appreciate your patience in understanding that switching booth positions is not allowed.
