Other Services

Hand Scanning
Have your hand scanned by our biometric hand measurement machine and gain access into the dining halls or the Rec. Sports Fitness Center without your Cat Card. It's free of charge and can be done anytime during Cat Card office hours.
Name/ID Badges
Some departments require Name Badges or ID Badges. There is a $5.00 charge for all badges. If your department is paying for your badge, we need either an email or letter stating who is paying for it and Banner charge number information for the charge.
Cat Card Covers and Lanyards
The Cat Card Office has plastic protective card covers and MSU lanyards for sale. The covers cost $1.00each and the lanyards cost $2.00each.
Gift Cards
The Cat Card Office has gift cards available for purchase. The gift cards can be made in any amount and can be used in most places around the Strand Union Building. Gift Cards are also available for purchase in the Union Market.
