Duties and Responsibilities |
Works on project to study the interactions of antagonists and agonists with the HIV co-receptors CCR5 and CXCR4. Will use photo and chemical cross-linking with a panel of synthetic antagonists and agonists that have been prepared by cooperating personnel. Mass spectrometry techniques will be used to analyze proteins and peptides. Help prepare manuscripts for publication.
