ACCOUNTING UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM


Montana Hall - SummerIn the accounting option, students will develop broad-based business and technical skills necessary for long-term success in their careers. The undergraduate accounting program prepares students for careers in industry and with federal and state government entities.

Students planning to pursue CPA certification or advanced financial positions should also complete the Master of Professional Accountancy program.

A minimum of 120 credits is required for graduation; 42 of these credits must be in courses numbered 300 and above. 54 credits must be non-business/non-economics rubrics (Econ 101, Econ 102, Econ 201 may be included); University Core credit requirements must be satisfied. All students transferring to the College of Business must meet the College of Business residency requirements.
