Dr.
Nancy Dodd
Nancy
G. Dodd is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of
Business at Montana State University. She has been on the faculty
since 1989. Nancy co-coordinates the College of Business First Year
Experience course (BUS 101) and teaches upper division courses in
Management.
She
consults and conducts research in the areas of leadership, goal
setting, wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, and
management curriculum/pedagogy. Part of this consulting work involves
serving as an expert witness in discrimination and wrongful discharge
cases.
In
addition to Nancy's teaching and research responsibilities, she
serves as the Director of the Family Business Program which helps
educate and honors family businesses from around the state. She
also serves as the University Ombuds, a person who helps faculty
and professional employees resolve workplace conflicts.
When
not at the University, Nancy spends time with her gaggle of dogs
doing Pet Therapy work, hiking, and running (if you use the term
running very loosely).
