    • Taught Principles of Marketing, Travel and Tourism Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, MBA Marketing Management and MBA Marketing Seminar; conducted research; and served on committees.  Supervised two Masters research projects both of which resulted  in a refereed publication.

    • Coordinated efforts among primary investigators, survey specialists, and computer programmer for several large scale surveys.  Managed telephone interviewers and delegated responsibilities to subordinates.  Designed survey instruments, analyzed data, and wrote reports.
