| SIFE Students Win Rookie of the Year Award

After presenting a report on the team s year-long community
outreach projects to a panel of business leaders in Bellevue, WA,
the Montana State University Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE)
Team was named a SIFE USA Rookie of the Year.
During the academic year, the MSU SIFE Team participated in three
team projects in the Bozeman community, including Project
Camelina, a partnership between The Center for Entrepreneurship
for the New West, TechRanch of Bozeman, and SIFE team member,
Cassie Dallas. The project educated scientists, food producers,
and state officials about the economic potential of Camelina, a
nutritionally beneficial food source.
Jeremy Bolhuis, Dwayne Knudson and Cassie Dallas presented this
and two other projects to a panel of 21 SIFE corporate sponsors,
many from Fortune 500 companies. "It was a great privilege to
