• Dengue virus is a mosquito-borne virus that represents an important emerging disease threat worldwide.
  • Since there are currently no vaccines against this virus, novel approaches for treatment are warranted.
  • Recently, we have identified novel polysaccharide, polyphenol, and small molecule innate immune agonists.
  • This project is focused on determining whether modulation of innate immunity by these agonists can redirect the course of Dengue virus infection to improve its outcome.
