TIME LOGS
Monthly time logs are how you document the number of hours you have served at your site and provide us with information about the service hours your are completing. Time logs are due monthly and must be received by the 10th of the following month. Please refer to the Time Log Tips to ensure that you complete time logs properly. Below are the links for you to access monthly time logs. Time Logs must be submitted with original ink signatures via mail or dropped off at the office. You can access time logs by logging in to www.mtcampuscorps.org.
CAREERS IN THE COMMON GOOD SCHOLARSHIP
You are strongly encouraged to apply for the Careers for the Common Good Scholarship which can be utilized to further your development in your professional field by attending a training, conference, lecture, etc. The scholarship money can be applied to travel, lodging, and food expenses and/or registration fees up to $250.00. Applications can be found on the Montana Campus Corps website by logging in and accessing under the Member Resources tab.
SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
- Recruit at least one volunteer and turn in a volunteer survey.
- Write a Great Story.
- Members enrolled in a 900-hour or 1800-hour term of service will need to have their service site supervisor complete theMid-Term Evaluation when they are half-way through their term.
- All members are required to meet with their service site supervisor to complete and End-of-Term Performance Evaluation in order to be exited from the program.
- Refer to the Exit Checklist for a complete list of required exit paperwork and directions.
OTHER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
During your Term of Service you are encouraged to participate in one or more Service Saturday, National Day of Service or Member Development Training.

AmeriCorps Week |
|
Members who have completed all service hours, service requirements, and submitted a completed Exit Packet will become eligible for their AmeriCorps Education Award. Members will update their information at the My AmeriCorps Portal, view the Exit PowerPoint, and reference the Education Award Q & A to wrap up their service and utilize their AmeriCorps Education Award. Once you are Exited from Campus Corps and receive your “Exited from Campus Corps” email, your contact regarding your AmeriCorps Education Award will be with the National Trust Hotline at 1-800-942-2677.
