If you are currently a part of a student organization and would like to get your group involved in the community, please check out the following list of easy ways to get involved.  We welcome calls, emails, or visits from any student organization to learn more about the many options available! 

MSU Community Involvement Fair:  Community organizations come to campus over two days and meet face-to-face with students, faculty and staff to communicate their volunteer or internship needs.  Held every fall semester.

Kickoff Trails Service Project: The Sunday before classes start, we partner with the Gallatin Valley Land Trust on local trail projects.  Transportation and lunch provided.

Service Trips:  We offer spring break service trips, BreaksAway, over spring break. 

Service Saturdays:  Once a month service projects hosted by our office and ASMSU, take place on the 1st Saturday of the month, October through April at various locations in the community.  Check out our schedule of projects.

Volunteer Connections of Greater Gallatin United Way:  A place where you can go to find the most recent one-time or ongoing community needs.

MSU America Reads*America Counts (ARAC):  ARAC’s mission is to work with and support area children to achieve and succeed academically.  Get involved as a math or literacy tutor.  Volunteer and work-study positions available.
