Communications and Public Affairs
The Office of Communications and Public Affairs supports and promotes MSU's teaching, research and service activities through expert and creative communications. We provide a wide range of services to the university community through our operational units: the MSU News Service, MSU Publications and Graphics, MSU Web Communications, University Marketing, and University Printing. Our professional staff includes journalists, media specialists, writers, editors, graphic designers, photographers, broadcast media specialists, publications specialists, marketing specialists and printers. Communications and Public Affairs is an operational unit of the President's Office. We are a central resource for both the university community and the general public. University constituents may engage our direct assistance to support their programs through expertise, services and information. We assist the general public and the media as an information resource and as a channel for the university's public communications. Many of our services are offered without fee charges, although some self-supporting units do provide service on a fee-basis. This Web site is organized according to functional units.
