| The Billings Collaborative Research Group was established
to facilitate the growth of nursing knowledge and the scholarly
work of its members. This group represents a wide variety
of education, expertise and interest, and it is this variety
that the Group believes will strengthen the Group’s
scholarly output. The Group’s first research project
will focus on examining the relationship between patient
outcomes and nursing group power, as measured by the Sieloff-King
Assessment of Group Power within Organizations ©.
