2007 Freshman Convocation and Summer Reading

In preparation for joining the Montana State University community, please set aside a few hours to read MSU's summer reading: Three Cups of Tea:*

This inspiring story has been selected by MSU faculty as having value for all college-bound students no matter what their major. Faculty and staff will be reading this book over the summer and look forward to hearing your thoughts about this book when you join us in August.

World-renowned humanitarian and New York Times bestselling author of Three Cups of Tea, Greg Mortenson will present at this year's Freshman Convocation. This event, which will be held August 27 at 4:10 p.m. in the Fieldhouse, will be a celebration of your entrance into Montana State University. Freshman Convocation will provide all incoming students the opportunity to meet peers and connect with faculty and staff.

* Three Cups of Tea is available in bookstores nationwide and through many on-line retailers.

If you have a disability and would like to request Three Cups of Tea in an alternative format, please contact Disability Student Services at 406-994-2824.
