Hubbel Werre was the first undergraduate at MSU to win a scholarship from the national engineering honor society, Tau Beta Pi. The senior majoring in chemical and biological engineering has maintained a 3.89 grade point average while working as a math tutor, raising funds for Big Brothers and Sisters and working in the challenging area of magnetic resonance microscopy with MSU professors Joe Seymour and Sarah Codd.
