To order business cards, please provide all the following information in the fields below and submit this form electronically. If a field below is not relevant, leave it blank. Contact MSU Publications and Graphics if you have questions about the ordering process.

If you are ordering materials for the first time in the new MSU identity style or have changes to an existing card, please use the form below.

If you are reprinting an order that is already set up in the new MSU identity style and that has NO CHANGES, please click the following button and fill out the Reorder Form.

If you are ordering letterhead and/or envelopes, please go to the New Letterhead and Envelope Order Form.

Please note: Custom orders (such as cards with extra information on the back) will be charged a graphics set-up fee of $55/hour instead of the standard charge.
