David Sherwin
Bozeman -David Sherwin of Bozeman, a senior in electrical engineering at Montana State University, received the General Emmett Paige Scholarship from the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

The $2,000 competitive scholarship is awarded to outstanding students majoring in science or engineering.

Sherwin's prior military service, current membership in the Montana Army National Guard and his full-time status as an engineering student qualified him for the scholarship.
