People in Education: Hudson awarded for clinical training program

Barbara Hudson, director of the Clinical Laboratory Sciences Program at Montana State University, recently received the 2008 National Omicron Sigma Award from the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences. She was recognized for outstanding service, dedication and commitment to the profession by developing a training program in clinical laboratory sciences at MSU. The program begins this summer, with students attending classes at MSU, then working in hospitals around Montana. In addition to the national award, Hudson was nominated national member of the year by the Montana chapter of the ASCLS.
