Description of proposed bargaining units now available

The description of the two proposed faculty collective bargaining units approved by The Board of Personnel Appeals is now available. The description, http://www.montana.edu/cpa/news/images/articles/hires/img200903271238172505-0.pdf, also includes related election procedures. Ballots will be sent by mail to eligible voters on March 27 and will be counted by the Board of Personnel Appeals staff on April 14. Results will be released upon conclusion of the final count of votes. The voter lists include faculty members who met the definition of the unit as of the date of the petition as stipulated by the union and MUS representatives.
