Free Desire2Learn trainings held throughout fall semester
August 24, 2009
Free Desire2Learn trainings begin Wednesday, Aug. 26, and continue throughout the fall semester. Training is available to all MSU instructors who want to use Desire2Learn to enhance their classroom teaching.
Classes include Desire2Learn: The Basics (perfect for first-time users); others cover specific tools like quizzes and surveys, grades and communications tools. Open labs are also available to faculty who have questions or want one-on-one support.
The courses are arranged in a series and scheduled at the same time each week for convenience. However, faculty may take any course at any time. A full schedule and online registration is available at http://eu.montana.edu/btc/tlt by clicking on "training," or stop by the Burns Technology Center for a schedule print-out.
All sessions take place in EPS 127 and are taught by Burns Technology Center staff.
For more information, call the Burns Technology Center at 994-6550 or e-mail eCAT@montana.edu.
