F = 62.49 & BELOW

NC= no credit or 0 (zero) points

1. Assignments ARE NOT ACCEPTED after the date or time due.

2. In class assignments which are missed CANNOT BE MADE UP.

3. Students missing class as part of a university function, SHOULD TURN IN ASSIGNMENTS PRIOR TO ABSENCE

ALL WRITTEN ASSIGNMENTS ARE EVALUATED UPON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Content:
1. was the assignment fulfilled?
2. did the student follow the assignment?
3. was the material presented correct?
4. was there continuity in the sequencing of the ideas?
a. introduction
b. main body of text
c. conclusion or summary
5. were ideas or arguments logically presented and based upon supporting documentation or sound ideas?
6. was the content complete in relationship to the assignment?

Format & Grammar:

1. were all instructions followed in relationship to
a. typed or word processed?
b. double spaced?
c. title page?
d. were there cross outs, strike overs, mark outs?
e. type errors?

2. grammar problems
a. spelling**
b. punctuation?
c. sentence structure**
d. agreement between noun & pronoun; noun & verb... etc?
