E. text:

1. introductory paragraph(s) on the general content of book
2. at least 1 page description of some item in the book to assure me you read the whole thing....
3. a concluding paragraph or 2 in which you discuss YOUR response to the book & WHY you felt that way

F. other:

1. a header in the top right corner of each page of text which is the title of the book
(or some shortened version... no more that 6 words)
2. each page of the text should be numbered, centered at the bottom
