ROLE OF A TEAM CAPTAIN

(prior to NOMINATING yourself as a team captain, you should read these expectations and agree to serve)

1) BE A TEAM LEADER AT PRACTICES, GAMES and TOURNAMENTS... on the field & off

2) lead all warm ups

3) lead conditioning drills

4) 100% effort in every drill & scrimmage

5) encourage teammates at all times

6) exhibit sportsmanship at all times

7) play at 100% effort regardless of the score

8) represent team at coin toss and to referees during matches

9) call teammates who miss practice or matches

10) represent teammates to coach if necessary
