Classroom Style
This seating style consists of tables and chairs facing toward the front of the room. Classroom style is typically used for training seminars, interactive lectures, or general information meetings.

Conference Style
The Conference Style seating consists of a long table in the center surrounded by chairs. This style is best for groups of 20 people or less and is typically used for council meetings, committee meetings, and organization or club meetings.

Theatre Style
Theatre style seating is perfect for an event with an audience. Typically used for lectures, movies, or presentations, theatre style seating provides a comfortable atmosphere for any speaker.

U-Shaped Style
The U-Shape seating style creates a friendly atmosphere for discussions or debates with ease of viewing all parties. Add a head table with podium for special presenters.

Herringbone Style
This seating arrangement is set with tables in a square, surrounded by chairs. Generally good for smaller meetings, and can either be "open" in the middle or "closed" to have one solid square table.

Boardroom Style
This seating style is an angled version of the classroom style setup. The setup is best for presentations or lectures that will require a clear view of the front of the room.
Sports Facilities
These meeting rooms are located in the Bobcat Stadium and the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. For more information on reserving a space with Sports Facilities, please call (406) 994-7117.

Stadium Club
From the Stadium Club Room, patrons are treated to a bird's eye view of Martel field as well as expansive views of the surrounding Tobacco Root and Spanish Peak mountain ranges. The Stadium Club Room can accommodate up to 120 seated guests in a variety of configurations. Full catering and bar services are available through MSU Catering. Parking is available in the Stadium lots at no charge.

Stadium Corporate Room
An ideal site for gatherings of up to 125 guests, the Stadium Corporate Room is located on the 2nd level of Bobcat Stadium. West facing windows provide natural light for an open setting that offers full catering and bar services through MSU Catering. Parking is available in the Stadium lots at no charge.

Hall of Fame Room
Tucked inside the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, the Hall of Fame Room is a convenient location for a small gathering. Separate entrances guarantee easy access and provide a private setting for up to 75 seated guests. Multi media capabilities are available. Full catering and bar services are available through MSU Catering.

Residence Hall Conference Centers
During summer months, Conference Services offers six academic tutorial areas designed to accommodate one-on-one or small group meetings. For details on reserving these spaces during the academic year, please contact Residence Life.
Classroom Spaces
Depending upon the academic schedule during the time of your conference, campus classroom space may be available.
Campus Computer Labs
MSU has several computer labs located across campus available for conference use during summer months, including in many of the residence halls.
SOB Barn
The "Save-Our-Barn," almost destroyed in the 1970's, was rescued by MSU students so campus organizations could use and enjoy it. Now, the SOB Barn serves as a great alternative location for meetings, rehearsals, dances and club activities.
