Current Research
My research focuses on salmonfly populations in the Gallatin and Madison Rivers in southwestern Montana. Specifically, I am combining historical records with field studies to determine the status of salmonflies on these two rivers, and am investigating how increasing water temperatures and fine sediment inputs impact salmonfly mortality, growth, and feeding habits.
