In Scotland, the students toured a cow-calf operation in the lower highlands. They met with animal science specialists of the Scottish Agricultural College who presented on the Scottish Cattle Industry. They also toured two of their experimental farms. One was in the highlands (sheep operation) and the other was a beef operation.
