Program Overview

Welcome to the Educational Leadership Program! If you have been seeking a program grounded in rigor, relevance, relationships, and rewards, you have arrived!

The Master's Degree in Educational Leadership has several different cohort delivery models. Each cohort model is designed to prepare educators for school leadership positions.

Nationally accredited graduate education cohort programs, designed to prepare school leaders, are available through the Master's program in elementary and secondary leadership (superintendency), at the Doctoral level in elementary, secondary, and central office leadership, and at the Educational Specialist level in elementary and secondary leadership. Additionally, we offer cohort programs of study specifically designed to prepare Native American school leaders and rural school leaders.

Far and away the majority of all degree and certification programs are delivered utilizing distance education technology. Some courses are hybrid in nature, combining distance delivery with face-to-face instruction.
