2. Return application, reference letters, GRE scores, copy of transcripts, and essay to department by deadline date. Letters of reference must be submitted in hard copy to the department or may be included with other application materials, but they must be signed by the writer and in a separate, sealed envelope.

3. Applicants will be notified if they are chosen for an interview.

4. Applicants will then be notified if they have been tentatively accepted by the department.

5. If tentatively accepted, applicants will then be notified of official acceptance by Division of Graduate Education.
