1. Get NetID

2. Set password

Locate NetID and Portal username

TIP:
Portal username

= your MSU email address!

Select box next to NetID
[see arrow at right]

Enter your password (twice) and submit
(cross your fingers)
... or you can just log out

Log out
You will be redirected to mail.gapps.montana.edu (MSU NetID Login Page)

3. Log in

Log in using your MSU NetID and password

TIP:
Email/NetID Login page = mail.gapps.montana.edu

The Student Email link on the MSU home page will get your here too!

4. Accept Terms

Enter the characters shown in "captcha" image and accept "Terms of Service" ... [see right]

5. Email

Your email address: first.last@msu.montana.edu

Remember:
netID@msu.montana.edu is not your address!
