Applicants accepted to the Bridges Program who request Family Housing are required to submit an online housing application to the MSU Office of Family and Graduate Housing. The Bridges Program will pay or reimburse the $100 Family Housing application fee for all accepted Bridges students. Please note: Due to a year-round, high demand for family housing units, the Bridges program cannot 100% guarantee a summer unit for all students who request one; we will do our best to provide family units.

Information on Family Housing policies and the online application can be found at http://www.montana.edu/fgh/ PHONE: 406-994-3730. All students residing in Family Housing who are guardians of minors (children under 18 yrs. old) must provide proof of legal guardianship to the Office of Family and Graduate Housing prior to moving into units.
MSU Required Safety & Security Information

NOTE: Answering “Yes” to any of these questions will not automatically prevent admission, but you will be asked by the university to provide additional information. This information will be reviewed by a campus committee to ensure campus safety. Any falsification or omission of data may result in a denial of admission or dismissal.

A felony in Montana State law is defined as a crime for which more than one year in prison may be imposed.
Suspension is defined as a sanction imposed for disciplinary reasons that results in a student leaving school for a specified time period. Dismissal from a college for disciplinary reasons is defined as permanent separation from an institution of higher education on the basis of conduct or behavior.
Research area(s) of interest
Although the Bridges Program strives to place Bridges applicants in research laboratories and research projects that align with students’ stated interest areas, it is not always possible to find an exact project match for every student’s stated interest(s). Applicants should understand that no matter which research laboratory they are assigned, all laboratory experience provided through the Bridges program is designed to provide important skills and help prepare all students for successful transfer into biomedical, health sciences, and behavioral science fields.
