State A Boys Basketball tournament concessions help
Dates: March 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Thursday March 1st Day shift 10:00-12:00, 12:00-2:00, 2:00-4:30 Need any individuals or groups 8+
Night 6:00-9:00 Need any individuals or groups 8+
Friday March 2nd Day shift 11:00-1:00, 1:00-3:30, Need any individuals or groups 8+
Night shift 5:00-9:30 Need any individuals or groups 8+
Saturday March 3rd Day shift 12:30-3:30 Need any individuals or groups 8+
Night shift 5:00-9:00 Need any individuals or groups 8+
Minimum group size: Groups of 6-8 or more cover an area
Compensation: Pay could be hourly, %, or flat depending on size – Groups could be $200-$300 or 10% of gross sales whichever is larger. Food and drinks provided.

Sports Facilities needs groups or individuals to help with a variety of events throughout the year such as cleaning up after football games, event parking, event clean-up, etc. These events are paying $20/person for a cleanup of 2 hours or less. If it is over 2 hours, they will pay a rate $10/hour.
They may limit the group sizes. If you are interested please contact Chris Hayden.

Miller Dining needs help with a variety of tasks. 5 person minimum per club per shift.

Streamline Latenight is looking for individuals who can be downtown on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm-12am handing out Latenight schedules and encouraging students to take the bus. Will pay $10/hour per person for up to 4 people from a student organization. Shifts are available until the end of the semester. Must be comfortable standing outside for the duration.

Crowd Management Services (CMS)

CMS provides event staffing for the vast majority of the events on campus. They are looking for student groups who wish to fundraise.
There are multiple ways club can fundraise--here are just a few ideas:
Online Fundraising Tools:
Movie/Documentary Showing (please note to show movies or documentaries to the public, you should have a license to do so).
Benefit night at local restaurant or business
Selling t-shirts or other apparel
Raffles (Please know the state of MT raffle requirements)
Personal emails/letters to family and friends
