Jill Davis, an adjunct instructor in the Department of English, received the 2011 President's Excellence in Teaching Award. Davis was recognized as an innovative teacher with unbounded energy who has inspired a passion for both writing and public service among her students. Keeler wins 2011 James and Mary Ross Provost's Award for Excellence
Greg Keeler, professor of English, received the 2011 James and Mary Ross Provost's Award for Excellence, which recognizes excellence in teaching and scholarship. A prolific poet, writer and performer, Keeler is also a highly respected professor who is commended for bringing to life poetry and literature in his classroom.
