How to Participate

Reminder:

1. Several days before the first meeting, conduct a test to be sure that your computer is set up with the appropriate tools to participate in a Webinar in the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro system. If you have participated in an Adobe Connect Pro session previously you are “probably” set.  But to be sure, click on the Test Meeting Connection URL:

2. You will be told if there are any software programs that need to be downloaded (at no charge) to enable you to participate in a Connect Pro session.
   
   
3. About 10 minutes prior to the session start time go to the meeting room:

Logging In for the Sessions:

1. Assuming the connection works, you'll be connected to the meeting room where the estate planning sessions will be conducted. Login as a GUEST. (Please DO NOT login as a registered user.)
   
   
2. Type in your FIRST and LAST name and County
   
   (Example:  Marsha Goetting, Gallatin) in the field marked "GUEST."  
   
   
3. Next, click on the box that reads "ENTER." 

Audio Information:

1. To access the AUDIO portion of the session, listen through your computer speakers with Voice-Over IP.  Be sure your computer speakers are turned on. 
   
   
2. If you don’t hear music after you enter the meeting room, examine your speakers to be sure they are turned on and the volume is turned up. 
   
   
3. If you still don't hear music check the volume on your taskbar. (Click the volume button, if mute is selected, deselet it).
